Notes the impact the opening of Crossrail by 2018 will have on property prices. Top 2015 hotspots are Acton, Old Oak Common, Earls court, Bayswater, Nine Elms, Victoria, Mayfair, Euston, KingsCross and Dalston & Hackney.
