The landlords, refusing to grant a new lease on a business tenancy , were not intending to occupy the premises as beneficeries under the trust but under a lease to a firm, where two of the respondent landlords worked, therby not satisfying Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 s41(2) para (g) .
