QBD 11 December 1989. Concerns an enforcement notice issued in 1988 alleging breach of planning control for a roof level extension without planning permission . In 1974, planning permission had been granted for a two story flank extension. (H) contested that firstly the development against which the notice had been issued was permitted by the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1977 and that secondly the inspector`s decision had been unreasonable. Enforcement notice was upheld; application dismissed.
