In 1974, planning permission had been granted for a two story flank extension. (H) contested that firstly the development against which the notice had been issued was permitted by the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1977 and that secondly the inspector`s decision had been unreasonable. Enforcement notice was upheld; application dismissed.
