Lon/Pur/15 LRAP 5 October 1990. Application by (V) acting as nominated agent under Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 s13 to purchase the freehold reversion . Original auction disposal price was £5,000 which comprised the subject property and four others. Auction price apportioned to £1,750. New landlords had been obliged to take over arrears of services charges and ground rent . The tribunal did not have powers under s13 to settle disputes arising from previous landlord. It was held that V should be able to purchase freehold at the original disposal price, £1,750.
