Original auction disposal price was £5,000 which comprised the subject property and four others. Auction price apportioned to £1,750. New landlords had been obliged to take over arrears of services charges and ground rent . The tribunal did not have powers under s13 to settle disputes arising from previous landlord. It was held that V should be able to purchase freehold at the original disposal price, £1,750.
