Smith and another v Kent CC

Smith and another v Kent CC - 1995 - Estates Gazette [1995] 44 EG 141-146(6) .

LT 10 February 1995. It was decided that whilst the compulsory purchase of a section of front garden to widen the A20 would not have a serious effect on amenity, the claimants` blight notice was upheld as they would suffer a reduction in privacy from the loss of existing trees and the execution of works would impede pedestrian and vehicular access.
