BAA used the BRE`s Centre for Performance Improvement in Construction to monitor performance on the Stansted Satellite 2 air terminal, which was completed recently. The BRE used its Calibre monitoring system to identify non-productive time, wasted due to shortcomings in design and specification or management failings.
