The first suite of Key Performance Indicators specific to the mechanical and electrical contracting industry were launched on 2 November 2000. The ten headline KPIs encompass those aspects of service critical to successful delivery of satisfactory projects, and centre around client satisfaction and contractors' flexibility. A building services KPI handbook, workshops, benchmarking software and business performance club are the other four KPI services provided.
