Are evaluators asking the right questions? - 2001 - Regeneration and Renewal 9 February 2001, 16-17(2) .

Reports that the assessment of a regeneration scheme should be a positive process which can underscore the effectiveness of a project and contribute to renewal objectives. Warns against evaluators wrongly evaluating a project, which can lead to misdirection of funds, and lost impact of the initiative.
