Outlines the current definition of disability, the duties of employers to employee and applicants under Part II of the Act, the duties of goods, services and facilities under Part III, the codes of practice to be introduced regarding access standards for buildings, and government proposals extending the provisions of the act to include those who let or manage premises and to educational facilities.
