A number of reports monitoring the adjudication process have recently been issued. These are the third report of the Adjudication Reporting Centre of Glasgow Caledonian University, a survey conducted by Lee Crowther and a construction industry survey. The Adjudication Reporting Centre report looked at trends in adjudication over the last two years including fees which is also covered in the Lee Crowther survey. The final survey found that on the whole those involved were satisfied with adjudication as a means of dispute resolution.
