These are the third report of the Adjudication Reporting Centre of Glasgow Caledonian University, a survey conducted by Lee Crowther and a construction industry survey. The Adjudication Reporting Centre report looked at trends in adjudication over the last two years including fees which is also covered in the Lee Crowther survey.
