Considers the duty on employers to make reasonable adjustments for people with disabilities under Disability Discrimination Act 1995 s6 and the consequences of the failure to make such adjustments. Looks at recent cases concerning the reasonable adjustments for two very different disabilities, agoraphobia and claustrophobia. Discusses a decision covering the definition of disability, Asperger's syndrome, for the purposes of considering whether a s6 duty arises.
