HBF code of conduct launched to help drive up customer service standards - 2006 - Home Builders Federation Press Release 5 May 2006 .

HBF has launched a customer service code of conduct. Home builders who adopt the code will be urged to draw up a customer charter, which commits them to explain to home buyers the standards of service, procedures and information they can expect to receive.
