[2006] LTL 10/10/2006. The claimant who had entered into an agreement for lease of a premises with the defendant sought rectification of the agreement on the basis of it omitting key provisions which had been agreed between the parties as to guarantee payments of any shortfall between a minimum rent and the rent payable. "Held": the judge ruled that the evidence that agreed provisions had been omitted from the agreement for lease by mistake.
