Assesses how the industry has as responded to the RICS "Service Charges in Commercial Property: Code of Practice" (L133990), which came into force in April 2007. RICS's response includes publication of two information papers "Sinking funds, reserve funds and depreciation charges"(L146895) and "Service charges and tenant alterations"(L146898).
