By investigating failed change initiatives, they suggest that nobody ever experiences change one event at a time, but that we are constantly subject to changes. They suggest that leaders need to develop realistic frameworks for organisational change and that they need to know the abilities of those carrying out the change and the context in which it is required. Book would be suited for anyone trying to lead change in an organisational environment. |
