This amendment will ensure that coastal land is included in the description of land to which the public has access for open-air recreation in the CROW Act. Changes proposed also include modifications to: the provisions for restrictions and exclusions of access to coastal land; the categories of excepted land at Schedule 1; and the general restrictions to be observed by persons exercising the right of access at Schedule 2.
