Office market rents continue to fall but a slight recovery is expected in 2005. The retail market sees on-going expansion supported by consumer spending but the industrial market is been held back by lacklustre manufacturing recovery. Overall, the commercial property market should continue to enjoy a period of moderate, retail-led expansion.
