The Standard Form of Contractors Design 1981 edition, IFC 84, and the Subcontract Conditions NAM/SC are also affected. 2) JCT 80 update 2 looks at changes to the alternative clauses for insuring works and site materials, the effects of partial possession and the nominated subcontract agreements.
