By reason of indebtedness of the plaintiff, two of the defendants were appointed receivers and exercised a direct power of sale. The bank and the receivers used the services of KFR, a firm of estate agents. Plaintiff claimed bank ought not to have exercised the power of sale and that marketing advice from KFR was negligent. Held: The actions were dismissed.
