LT decided that designation of the land as green belt did not render it as blighted within the meaning of Town and Country Planning Act 1990 s149(1) and sch13. T appealed by way of case stated from LT decision. He also submitted that the land was not lawfully designated as part of the Green Belt. Appeal dismissed.
