Summary, etc. "Jones and others v Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive" LT 4 March 1998. The claimant trustees held a lease with an unexpired term of 1,000 years. The 1991 and 1993 unitary development plans contained a policy for the extension of the Manchester metrolink system. In 1995 the claimants served a blight notice.
