A contended contract undated, and contract not entered into until after 1 May 1998. C referrred claim to adjudication under HGCRA. Decision dated 14 January 2000 found for C against A. A sought enforcement. C contended contract entered into 3 April 1998, and challenged adjudicators jurisdiction. "Held" that contract between parties took effect from 12 April 1999 and was not a variation of the earlier letter of intent.
