Reviews s108 of the Act, which touches on the issue of enforcement and how JCT contracts can provide reinforcement of its position. Concludes that s108 provides a judicial basis for enforcement, under which a construction contract can reinforce that the adjudicator's decision is binding (for part two see Abs66800).
