Reports that, although it was agreed that the proposed purchaser's information pack should be piloted, it should be piloted separately to the single survey. Notes that the design of the single survey report would be undertaken by RICS and that RICS'concerns about professional indemnity insurance issues should be addressed. A hidden defects guarantee should be included in the survey pilot.
