This is a fall of 6.4% compared to its level in the same quarter of 2008. Workload and new orders for construction continue to plummet. Costs rose moderately, by 4%, for the first quarter 2009. Salaries remain at the same level, at 4.9%. Forecasts growth and a rise in tender prices for 2011.
