The right to break after transferring property interests is dealt with in Linpac v Aviva [2010] EWCA Civ 395. Good Harvest Partnership LLP v Centaur Services [2010] EWHC 330 (Ch) severely restricts the ability of landlords to rely on the covenant strength of existing guarantors to guarantee the performance of subsequent assignees. |
