Reports that despite the credit crunch, most markets expect stable or even rising rents in 2008. Land prices are also expected to remain firm as are yields/capitalisation rates. Expects both European and North American warehouse markets to show modest growth, although less than 2007. However, expects Canada to operate above trend and North American markets linked to energy or agriculture to remain robust. Expects leasing to fall in line with the economic slowdown, but warehouse rents to hold or increase in North America. Expects the Asia Pacific region to continue to be the global growth leader in 2008.
