With reference to caselaw, examines what constitutes 'repair' within the law of landlord and tenant. Pays particular attention to the cases "Elite Investments Ltd v T I Bainbridge Silencers Ltd", which referred to most of the major authorities on the subject, and "Post Office v Aquarius Properties Ltd", which questioned some of the established views.
