Reviews "Solland International Ltd v Daraydan Holdings Ltd" (2002) in which the High Court enforced an adjudicator's award to a builder and refused to offset it against the employer's claim for liquidated damages. Compares it with the decision in "David McLean Housing Contractors Ltd v Swansea Housing Association Ltd" (2002) in which a deduction for liquidated damages was allowed.
