HBF has also taken steps towards improving customer satisfaction in the house building industry by commissioning a buyers' survey. The survey will scrutinise the opinions of more than 40 000 new homebuyers over the next six months and shows the industry's commitment in taking forward the recommendations in the Barker Review.
