[2008] EWLands LRA_131_2007 19 March 2008. Case involved whether a Leasehold Valuation Tribunal had the right to extend the period for applying for permission to appeal a decision. Respondent's application fails: referring to Arrowdell v Coniston Court (North) Hove Ltd, the Tribunal found that the LVT does have the right to extend the period for appeals, but that a party who has asked for an extension after the period has elapsed has no right to have its application determined.
