This study examines the experience of three Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) that are playing a central role in the regeneration of neighbourhoods: Partington Housing Association (part of the Harvest Group) in Trafford, Poplar HARCA in Tower Hamlets and Optima Community Association in Birmingham.
