A study by Mitial suggests that the call centre market is still growing, partly due to the rise in e-commerce and demand for customer support networks. Belfast and the Dearne Valley in South Yorkshire are the prime locations for large call centres. Research also identifies a move towards higher-skilled, smaller centres concentrating on customer support services.
